Morrison wheels are primarily applied to HVAC&R equipment including, but not limited to, residential furnaces, fan coils, air handlers, package and roof top units, and air terminal boxes. Forward curved double inlet, direct and belt driven wheels are fabricated from G90 galvanized or galvalume steel. Available in nominal diameters of 9”, 10”, 11”, 12”, and 15”. Widths range from 4” to 15”.
Direct drive wheels are available in Clockwise and Counter Clockwise
rotation, with Convex or Concave centerplates and hub configurations. Available in .500" bore, .625"
bore, and in metric bore sizes.
Belt Drive Wheels are designed with two hubs, with or without keyways, in bore sizes to
fit .500", .750", 1.00", 1.18", 1.43" and 1.68" diameter
Blower assemblies consist of a Direct Drive wheel, housing, cutoff, and motor. Blower assemblies may include a capacitor, legs, or other accessories such as labels, limit switches, etc.
Housings are fabricated from G90 galvanized steel and are available in Regular or Tight configuration to match the application requirement.
Regular housings provide the best performance when available space allows their use. Tight housings are used in restricted space applications, usually with a performance penalty. Housings can accommodate either direct or belt drive wheel configurations. They can be supplied with special mounting holes and other modifications for special mounting requirements.
A full line of Blower Accessories is available.
Morrison propellers are designed for, but not limited to, HVAC&R applications such as outdoor condensing units. Propellers are available in 14", 16", 18", 20", 22", 24" and
26" diameters with two, three, and four blade configurations.
Construction can utilize aluminum or galvalume blades in gages to suit the application. Hubs can be located on either the intake or the discharge side of the propeller. Hubs are available in .500" or .625" bore. Clockwise or
Counterclockwise rotation is available. Rotation is determined by viewing the propeller
with the air blowing in your face.
fans are multi-speed, premium quality low noise fans designed specifically for
ventilating elevator cabs. The appropriate fan Model Number and fan speed may be selected
based on cab size, air change requirements and noise requirements.
Standard electrical configuration consists of 115 volts, 60 Hz. For special electrical requirements contact us at email@example.com.
